Flexible care – upgrade at any time

  • From consultation to programme

    If you decide that you would benefit from ongoing medical guidance, you can upgrade to one of our three-month medical care programmes within three months of your initial consultation.

    Your €180 consultation fee will be fully credited towards the programme price.

  • Upgrade to Continuous Medical Care

    Already enrolled in Personalised Medical Care? You can upgrade to Continuous Medical Care for an additional €119.

    Your upgrade starts a new three-month programme period, during which the additional, unused Continuous Medical Care benefits become available. Consultations and other services already provided under your previous programme are not repeated automatically.

  • Instalment payments available

    You can choose to pay the programme fee in instalments, subject to the available payment arrangements.

Good to know

  • All prices exclude laboratory services. Blood is drawn and analysed separately, by your GP or gynaecologist or at a laboratory we recommend.

  • Medication costs are not included. Prescriptions and treatment adjustments are provided when medically appropriate. Hormone preparations for women in menopause usually cost about €1.00–⁠1.50 per day.

  • Initial consultations after pregnancy, in perimenopause and for the thyroid are also €180 for 60 minutes. Returning patients can book a short video consultation (approx. 20 min) for €45.

  • Secure messaging is available for non-urgent, treatment-related concerns only and is not an emergency service.

Frequently asked questions

Is my treatment covered by health insurance?

We are a private clinic, so whether your insurance covers the costs depends on your policy. As our practice operates from Cyprus, we don’t issue invoices according to the German fee schedule (GOÄ). You’ll receive a detailed invoice that you can submit to your insurer.

Where do I have my blood taken, and can I use results I already have?

You can often use results you already have, if they are recent and suitable for the question. That’s why we review your existing results first before recommending new tests.

If further values are needed, you receive a targeted lab recommendation from us and have your blood taken at a lab near you. You pay the lab fees directly to the lab.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

No problem. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment, directly in your patient portal, by email or via WhatsApp at +357 94 309399. For cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment, we charge a fee of €20.

Can I book from outside Germany?

Yes, you can book from anywhere in the world. Consultations take place online, in English, German, Greek or Romanian. Please note that our prescriptions are valid within the EU.

How often do my lab values need to be checked?

That depends on your therapy and your situation. While your treatment is being adjusted, checks are usually more frequent; once it is stable, the intervals become longer.

Not every hormone therapy needs regular measurement of all hormone levels. We check what adds real medical value to your treatment.

How long does hormone therapy last? Is there a fixed time to start or stop?

There is no fixed maximum duration and no fixed cut-off date. Whether treatment is started or continued depends on your symptoms, your personal risks and the benefit for you.

We reassess this regularly. If you want to stop, or if it makes medical sense, we discuss the right approach and possible alternatives together.
